PINEHURST RESORT, ROAD SHOW

The Sweetens Road Show will be at different courses taking the Sweetens All day experience (vibe) and infusing it into another golf venues. We have selected 6 different venues. 

Join us on August 12th, 2024 to participate at Pinehurst Resort Sweetens takeover of Number 3 and the Cradle but with a Sweetens Cove twist (double pins on the Cradle). This will be the normal elevated day where you play unlimited golf that includes some Road Show swag, food and beverages included. Come with us as we infuse the normal into the anomaly. We promise a one of one experience that is at a one of one venue. 

Road Show Format, Play with the folks you brought and or join in with other Sweetens friends. We will have a Blind Draw two person team format at each Road Show stop for Road Show Champions with Trophies. Followed by a late evening cross country horserace depending on size of field. Example 60 person site we will have 6 10 person teams, in an alternate shot format play two holes with top two teams playing a final hole for our Horserace Champions. Champions of the Horserace will receive a free All Day Pass in 2025 at Sweetens. 

Pinehurst will have two options that includes your stay either a single night or two night stay 

1 NIGHT STAY (August 11th)

$1400 per person plus tax (Check in on the 11th in the Carolina or Manor normally a $789 or $699 a night plus tax cost alone)

• One Night Stay on August 11th
• Cocktail Party and Dinner at the Pinehurst Brewery 
• Breakfast in the am at a site tbd
• Golf in the am on the 12th on #3 (none for being the mini #2)
• Lunch at a site tbd
• Late afternoon Cradle takeover including 2 pins on the greens until dark
• Unique dinner set up outside on the cradle 
• Road Show Swag bag from our sponsors Sweetens Cove Spirits Company (a bottle of Kennessee, Johnnie O, Atomic Golf, Shooters Shoot, Slab Cigars, Stache Cups and artwork by Seth McWhorter
• Alcoholic Beverages (as normal hydration)

2 NIGHT STAY (August 11th)

$1700 per person plus tax (Check in on the 11th Check out August 13th in the Carolina or Manor normally a $789 or $699 a night plus tax cost alone)

• Two Night Stay check in August 11th, check out August 13th 
• Cocktail Party and Dinner at the Pinehurst Brewery 
• Breakfast in the am at a site tbd
• Golf in the am on the 12th on #3 (none for being the mini #2)
• Lunch at a site tbd
• Late afternoon Cradle takeover including 2 pins on the greens until dark
