About this experience

As the Sweetens Cove extended family has grown in size over the years, our two goals have remained the same: provide people with a golf experience, open to everyone, unlike any other in America, and secondly, to preserve, protect and celebrate the unique culture of Sweetens, no matter what.

For us, this means that there are basically no rules other than play fast and be respectful of others and the course. We have always believed that the true essence of Sweetens Cove is revealed when the course is uncrowded and unhurried, a place that allows friends to explore the course in its most distinctive and enchanting state.

In this spirit, we will be offering a limited number of passes each day during our prime season (April 1 - October 31). This allows guests to soak in the golf course & eliminates overcrowding, ensuring a quick pace of play for all.

On Tuesdays & Wednesdays, we will have multiple pass options available. You can play 9 holes, 18 holes, or you can enjoy Sweetens with a Half Day or All Day pass. If you are playing 9 or 18 holes, simply reserve one of the passes and show up anytime after 9 AM. For Half Day pass holders, your start time will be emailed to you the day prior. For All Day pass holders, the course opens at 8 AM, and the staff will get you out shortly after arrival.

From Thursday - Sunday (and some Holidays), we will only offer a limited number of All Day passes. Come out & enjoy Sweetens for the day while making new friends and creating unforgettable memories.

A few housekeeping notes:

We will notify you in an email the day before of the current course conditions, start times and any COVID updates.

Sweetens Cove Golf Course reserves the right to charge cancellation fees from any customer who cancels his/her reservation without prior notice. The customers should notify regarding any booking change or cancellation at least 48 hours in advance. For more than 4-person reservations, the customer should notify regarding any change or cancellation at least 72 hours in advance.
