2023 Pass Release and Lodging Options
In an effort to improve the customer experience, we plan to release passes for April 1 - December 31 over an eighteen day period starting February 10.
In the past, we have always released passes on a single day. While it is unlikely that we will have enough passes to meet overall demand, we believe that spacing the sale out over this period will alleviate much of the pressure on our booking system, with the result being that more people will get passes for their desired dates. Additionally, our customers in the past have had a hard time syncing up reservations at the surrounding Airbnb’s (NLU Birdhouse, The E9, and the tiny houses) and the pass sale. Occasionally, this would mean that someone could wind up with accommodations but no pass to match.
As a result, we plan to release passes according to the following schedule*:
NLU and E9retreat Pass Release
February 10 - February 17 @ 5pm central
Passes will be sold solely through the NLU & E9 websites. This will ensure that anyone traveling to Sweetens Cove and staying at these locations will be guaranteed passes. Click on the links below for availability. Once you've found your date or dates book it and at the end of this 7 day reservations period we will be reaching out to you will a link to reserve your passes golf from the homes. (each pass will have a $10 reservations fee).

A few additional, non-pass related notes. We are working on finalizing a deal with a local restauranteur, which would see Sweetens having full time food service for the first time ever. Also, we will be purchasing new furniture in order to improve comfort at the Pavilion and Heckle Deck.
Our goal remains the same: we want to elevate the customer experience every year while working to host as many guests as possible. The entire Sweetens crew can’t thank you enough for your support, and we can’t wait to see you at Sweetens this year!
Thanks,
Rob and Adamski
