As the Sweetens Cove extended family has grown in size over the years, our two goals have remained the same: provide people with a golf experience, open to everyone, unlike any other in America, and secondly, to preserve, protect and celebrate the unique culture of Sweetens, no matter what.

For us, this means that there are basically no rules other than play with the people that you brought no matter what number (5 some, 8 some, 12 some, etc)  be respectful of others and the course and most of all HAVE FUN. We have always believed that the true essence of Sweetens Cove is revealed when the course is uncrowded and unhurried, a place that allows friends to explore the course in its most distinctive and enchanting state.

In this spirit, we will be offering a limited number of passes each day. This allows guests to soak in the golf course & eliminates overcrowding, ensuring a quick pace of play for all.

Each day we will only offer a limited number of Passes and All Day passes. Come out & enjoy Sweetens for the day while making new friends and creating unforgettable memories.

A few housekeeping notes:

We will notify you in an email the day before of the current course conditions, start times and any COVID updates.

Sweetens Cove Golf Course reserves the right to charge cancellation fees from any customer who cancels his/her reservation without prior notice. The customers should notify regarding any booking change or cancellation at least 48 hours in advance. For more than 4-person reservations, the customer should notify regarding any change or cancellation at least 72 hours in advance. You can cancel your reservation through your confirmation email, by emailing gm@sweetenscove.com or call The Shed at (423)-280-9692.

Thank you for participating in our new pass program. This year, as you have been made aware, we have incorporated our neighboring friends' rentals... You have currently made arrangements to stay in one of them and because of that you are able to secure your passes ahead of the general public. 

Each individual pass reserved will come with a $10 non refundable reservations fee (if you need 8 passes for the 15th then you will pay $80 plus tax.) 

Since you have rented one of the houses, you are able to play on any of the days you are staying. So, if you reserved the night of the 15th and checking out on the 16th you will be able to select the 15th and reserve the amount of passes of people that are staying in that rental. You also have the ability to select the next day meaning your check-out day the 16th in the same format.  Or if you are staying multiple nights you are able to reserve all those dates.
