2027 Pass Release and Lodging Options
2027 Lodging Pass wave will start to be released Thursday, October 22nd at 5 PM Central.
The release schedule will be similar to last year, releasing lodging with our partners first @nolayingup and @e9retreat (including tiny homes) click on the @'s to visit their websites or the links below, followed by normal passes without lodging, two months at a time in a two day span until we release November/December 2027.

Each individual pass reserved will come with a $150 non refundable deposit (if you need 8 passes for each day booked then you will pay $150 plus tax. per pass) You will pay the difference for your golf fees separately for each day you schedule to play. The only way this deposit will be refunded is if the golf course has to close for any reason (like tarping, flooding... lightning will be delayed and if there is just rain there are no rain checks unless we have to close the course) . There will not be a 9 hole or 18 hole rate offered, all rates beyond 1/2/27 will be all day only. All rates include the option of walking or riding, food, and all non-alcoholic beverages. You will still have to purchase alcoholic beverages on property.

NLU and E9retreat Pass Release
1st wave “Lodging ONLY” Thursday, October 22nd at 5 PM Central through Sunday, November 15, 2026 at 5 PM Central.
For this 23-day window go to the links listed below with our lodging partners and rent any of the three options (birdhouse, e9retreat or e9 tinyhouses) that are our friends and it guarantees your passes for check in and check out days if you wish with any dates that are available before we release the year to the masses for just passes. Lodging rates do not include your golf in the price. You will pay for your golf separately on the day(s) of your reservation.This will be from January-December 2027. A great way to enhance your experience in the Valley! When you book your lodging reservations you will not reserve your passes until we send you a link the day after the lodging release.
If you book lodging outside of the lodging period, you must have reservations to the golf course secured before you book passes during the general pass release. Access to the golf course is not guaranteed if you book outside of the lodging period.

On the last day Sweetens collects all the rental information and you’ll receive a link to reserve the amount of passes you have for the reservations you made for your dates. You must book and pay for your deposits before the general pass release begins to guarantee your spots.
