2026 Pass Release and Lodging Options
2026 Pass wave will start to be released Wednesday, October 1 at 5pm central.
The release schedule will be similar to last year, releasing lodging with our partners first @nolayingup and @e9retreat (including tiny homes), followed by normal passes without lodging, two months at a time every 3 days until we get to December.
NLU and E9retreat Pass Release
1st wave “Lodging ONLY” Wednesday, October 1 through Thursday, October 30, 2025.
For this 30-day window go to the links listed below with our lodging partners and rent any of the three options (birdhouse, e9retreat or e9 tinyhouses) that are our friends and it guarantees your passes for check in and check out days if you wish with any dates that are available before we release the year to the masses for just passes. This will be from January-December 2026. A great way to enhance your experience in the Valley!

On the last day Sweetens collects all the rental information and you’ll receive a link to reserve the amount of passes you have for the reservations you made for your dates.
