How do tee times work?
There are no tee times at Sweetens during the weekends (Thursday-Sunday). We collect everyone at the shed around 8:45 am CT to give you detailed information about course conditions and how it all works. We'll take a shot of whiskey, process payment, and assign everyone a starting hole.
Weekdays are the same but all day pass have priority. After all day passes have checked in, we'll check in 18-holers and then 9-holers.
Do you allow walk-ons?
Do you have to have a pass to play golf?
Yes! Passes equal people. We only do a limited amount of passes per day; 60 Tuesday-Thursday (Mondays in the off-season only) and only 45 Friday-Sunday
I have a pass for an upcoming date, does that mean I have a foursome?
No, passes equal people each person must have a pass!
Do you take reservations on the phone?
You may reserved passes online only under the reserve passes page!
Is there a waitlist I can sign up for?
We do not have waitlist. All passes are repopulated back to the reserve passes page instantaneously, so check back occasionally to see if one or 10 have become available!
I don’t see anything available. Is that accurate?
Yes, this is very common. If you cannot see a quantity underneath any date on the calendar then it is unavailable, either due to a private event or that date is sold out.
How often do passes get cancelled?
Cancellations are unpredictable, but they happen. People secure passes months in advance, then life gets in the way and passes are released.
How often is Peyton Manning there?
Can you play 9 or 18-holes on the weekend?
Weekends (Thursday through Sunday) are managed via all day passes (your choice of walking or riding). If you want to play on a weekend, you may choose to play as few or as many holes as you'd like, but an all day pass is required to play.
Can I buy your bourbon at the golf course?
Nope. Use the store locator on the Sweetens Cove Spirits website to find locations to purchase or consume the latest bourbon release, both in Tennessee as well as in select locations around the country.
Do you have food on property?
Currently, no. But we hope to have it by April 1. Please call us to check.
Do you have beverages on property?
Yes we sell domestic and craft beer, recovery 180’s and soft drinks. All water bottles are on us for the day!
