The $15 reservation fee is separate and does not apply to the appropriate rate for your golf round. You must book one pass per player. (4 passes=4 players)

Aerification and Verticutting- Closed July 6th-20th
For all 2026 reservations booked from 11/5/25-12/30/25, you will not pay anything at the immediate time of booking. You will receive an invoice with the date and number of passes within 24 hours of booking with a link to complete your order. These draft orders will have the date and number of passes booked in the subject line. If you receive multiple invoices, please pay what you want to keep and reply to the ones you do not want by cancelling them. All draft orders must be paid by Monday, January 5th at noon central, no matter when between 11/5-12/30 the reservation was made. If you leave a draft order unpaid at that time, your reservation will be automatically cancelled and released back to the public. Please make sure to check your spam/junk folder for emails from us, and Sweetens Cove suggests that you do not use a work or school email account as those more frequently are sent back or go to junk. Please make sure you enter your contact information correctly.
REMEMBER THAT:
TUESDAY-WEDNESDAY is the option to pay for ALL DAY , 9-HOLES or 18-HOLES!!!!!
THURSDAY-SUNDAY & MONDAY HOLIDAYS (Memorial Day, the Monday around the 4th of July, Labor Day) are ALL DAY RATE ONLY!!!!
Reservations fees will not be refunded in the event of a user error (booked the wrong date, didn't know Thursdays-Sundays are all day only and there's not a 9 or 18 hole rate). Reservations fees are only refunded in the event that the golf course is completely closed for any reason.
We do not have a waiting list for passes, all cancellations are restocked if/when they are made. You can call 423-280-9692 or email us after 5 PM central to see if we have any last minute availability for the next day.
If you need to cancel an existing reservation, please email us at sweetenscoveproshop@gmail.com or text 423-280-9692. We do not do cancellations or bookings over the phone. We also cannot transfer passes to other dates unless we have availability on a date you would like to reschedule for. In the event of inclement weather, you must decide on your own what conditions you are willling to play in. We only close/suspend play for lightning/standing water on greens. There are no rain checks issued, we will make the decision to refund greens fees on the day of reservations that are rained out.
Please make sure while booking that you do not leave items in the cart and try to book later. If this leads to an overbooking, we will notify you that we cannot take your reservation.
As the Sweetens Cove extended family has grown in size over the years, our two goals have remained the same: provide people with a golf experience, open to everyone, unlike any other in America, and secondly, to preserve, protect and celebrate the unique culture of Sweetens, no matter what.
For us, this means that there are basically no rules other than play with the people that you brought no matter what number (5 some, 8 some, 12 some, etc) be respectful of others and the course and most of all HAVE FUN. We have always believed that the true essence of Sweetens Cove is revealed when the course is uncrowded and unhurried, a place that allows friends to explore the course in its most distinctive and enchanting state.
In this spirit, we will be offering a limited number of passes each day. This allows guests to soak in the golf course & eliminates overcrowding, ensuring a quick pace of play for all.
Each day we will only offer a limited number of Passes and All Day passes. Come out & enjoy Sweetens for the day while making new friends and creating unforgettable memories.

We will notify you in an email the day before of the current course conditions, start times and any other updates.
Sweetens Cove Golf Course reserves the right to charge cancellation fees from any customer who cancels his/her reservation without prior notice. The customers should notify regarding any booking change or cancellation at least 48 hours in advance. For more than 4-person reservations, the customer should notify regarding any change or cancellation at least 72 hours in advance. You can cancel your reservation through your confirmation email, by emailing sweetenscoveproshop@gmail.com or text The Shed at (423)-280-9692.
